The new releases of SecureFTP and SecurCS, comForte's SSL encryption solutions for secure file transfer and middleware communication, provide extended cross-platform support. Additionally to a Windows service transparently adding SSL capability to any Windows program communicating to NonStop Servers, the products include components that can be run on any Java-enabled system, including midrange and mainframe systems.

While remaining compliant to standards, such as the proposed FTP-TLS internet draft, to ensure interoperability with third party products, the new cross-platform capability allows customers to deploy a single solution to secure all communication with NonStop servers or even any-to-any-platform communication, without modifying their existing communication software.
