Using JPath-GUI24, Fiducia Cash were able to streamline data entry and information access with their BASE24 "green screen" NSK/Pathway system. Focused on the task to be performed, the new GUI administration and hotline user interface is much faster and easier to use. The solution dramatically improved user performance, eliminated common error sources and reduced the requirements for user skill and training. To save support costs and improve service offerings, customers can now access their POS terminal data and view transactions directly via a standard web browser. Using JPath-HostAgent, the host application can be easily integrated with other corporate applications, eliminating manual data transfer.
